3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:

4. Payment Terms

7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall BeyondBux be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.
8. Warranties and Support
We provide a limited warranty on our services:
- 90-day warranty on custom development work
- Bug fixes for issues in delivered functionality
- Support terms as specified in service agreements
- No warranty on third-party integrations beyond our control
9. Termination
Either party may terminate services with appropriate notice as specified in individual agreements. Upon termination:
- Payment is due for all completed work
- Client receives deliverables for paid work
- Confidentiality obligations continue
- Access to BeyondBux systems may be revoked
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing Law
